The body has an essential place in all my approaches.


Therefore, after our initial exploratory conversation, the body is the first place of further exploration.


I am professionally trained as a physiotherapist, but have also further specialized or according to classical medicine: "experimented"

with various manual therapies.


I treat the body with a very gentle grip that is the result of following training:

My intention with all these manual techniques is to bring "you" to a state of

"deep relaxation" where "the self-healing ability" can do its work. 

My hands are trained to sense your body depending on the layer on which I work, skin, muscles, bone, organs,....the fascia therapy is the branch that is most committed to getting its method also scientifically recognized by classical western medicine. Fascia therapy originated from osteopathy. 


These techniques will primarily stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.

The parasympathetic nervous system is part of the autonomic nervous system. It stands for your rest and recuperation, self-healing ability and this unlike the orthosympathetic nervous system which stands for action or fight or flight mechanisms. 


I reach this parasympathetic nervous system both through the application of this rich spectrum of manual therapies and through the settings

that I provide in the space.

Scents, colors and sounds create a tranquility that evokes inner harmony.


At the same time, our bodies reflect the inner emotional themes we may be struggling with.

We can build a bridge inward through the body and see the physical symptoms as navigation systems to a deeper layer within ourselves. In this way, we get to the source of the theme.

From body awareness to more self-awareness.
