What has to get moving for her?
I make my different perspectives available in order to boost both inner and outer qualities which are important in transition moments.
And I even go a step further. There’s a high potential with regard to career switchers. They aren’t always easy. Let’s take a person who wants to quit the academic world to join the corporate world, or someone in the inside sales who is asked to visit customers. Such a change requires an enormous turnaround of personality and appearance.
Let me further explain concretely.
The image of a company starts with the lady or the man at the reception desk. The non-verbal communication, the atmosphere and the set-up of the area have a great impact on the potential customer, business relation or visitor.
It concerns the possible optimizations of appearance: the appearance of a person, both in his external look and inner qualities. At the same time, it is also about the flow of energy in the reception halls, office areas, etc.
And finally there is the big issue of stress. Stress has an enormous influence on the productivity of the personnel. There is sufficient scientific evidence that stress pins us in our routine mindset. The less people experience negative stress, the more creative they are. On this subject as well, I offer interesting perspectives that stimulate growth within the company and its personnel.
I can mentor you individually and with total discretion to build a strong, positive and authentic image, starting from your own being, from your body and everything around it, your environment, in order to have your environment supporting you and building a whole that makes you shine and connect you strongly with your confidence. This confidence, often required within the five first minutes in a relationship, is often the critical factor for any long term association.
The strength of the team is each individual member.
The strength of each member is the team." --Phil Jackson
