The body has an essential place in all my approaches.
After our first exploratory conversation, the body is therefore the first place of further exploration.
I am professionally trained as a physiotherapist, but I have also specialized further or according to classical medicine: "experimented"
with different manual therapies.

My hands are trained to feel your body depending on the layer on which I work, skin, muscles, bone, organs, .... fascia therapy is the branch that is most committed to getting its method scientifically recognized by the classical western medicine, fascia therapy originated from osteopathy.
These techniques will especially stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
The parasympathetic nervous system is part of the autonomic nervous system. It stands for your rest and regeneration, self-healing capacity and this in contrast to the orthosympathetic nervous system that stands for action or for fight or flight mechanisms.
I reach this parasympathetic nervous system both through the application of this rich spectrum of manual therapies and through the framework,
that I offer in space.
