Coaching towards transformation
My professional focus lies with women, and I approach them altogether from a holistic and practical perspective. I start from an outlined program.
Everything starts with the intake, in which my attention goes to the question:
‘Where in your life is the major potential for growth?’

Welcome
This crucial question is preceded by a warm foot bath accompanied by a tasty cup of tea, listening to relaxing background music.
The room in which you are welcomed, is visually inspiring and altogether has a purified atmosphere. What does this mean? This room is only used for these transformation sessions, everything is matched in harmony for it.
Intake Questions
I will ask you to fill in a short questionnaire in order to start off from a properly informed basis.
As much elements as possible are examined during our first encounter: your health, the important life events, your emotions…
We review how you can get moving and which guidance you need to take over the reins.
We dive together into the emotional and mental depths and heights.
Body
The first sensitive contact is made with the body, whereby liberating tensions, which are accumulated consciously or unconsciously in the body, is the main focus.
This happens through touch, particularly through fascia therapy and intuitive massages. This can be done dressed or undressed.
I’ve been professionally trained as a physiotherapist, and I attended additional trainings in fascia therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, causal foot reflexology, several kinds of deep massages, connective tissue massage, breathing techniques, bio-energetic techniques, detox treatments, and son on.
All the treatments will involve all senses as much as possible.
As smell has a direct access to our limbic brain, that is our emotions, I like to use aromatherapy. Colors and sounds also contribute to weaving a rich sensory experience.
Skin
And then we deal with the physical skin. This first skin means the delicate connection between your inside and outside. At this stage, I mainly want to make you conscious of your skin and offer you resources and methods to further develop the care for your skin. Skin needs to breathe. We examine together the ingredients of the cosmetics you use. We go for glow and a well-balanced, nourished and healthy skin. Liberating tensions, releasing negative and destructive emotions, exfoliating of the skin are different levels of one and same movement.
Look
The second skin is your look. Colors can be part of it, as they reinforce your personality or support a transformation. It is not a matter of advice on fashion, but we look at it from different psychological typologies and optionally from the physical strengths or weaknesses you perceive.
The second skin stands for what you represent to the outside world.
Mind
At this stage we make the transition towards your mind. It happens through a coaching session 'Influencing the Mind', where we dive a little more into the world of thoughts, in order to transform them into positive beliefs that bring you further on your pathway.
Home
The third skin is your housing. We examine together your house’s floor plan, and sometimes a home visit might be important. We have a look at the main rooms and surely at the home office if you have one.
In the same way our skin should be purified, it may be necessary to tidy up or reshuffle, in order to increase the breathing space in your house. The movement in your dwelling represents your own way of moving.
Feedback Transformation
As you can see, ‘movement’ is the focus in your transformation. Move to evolve, on your own rhythm, in which congruence is an important concept. Balance in the whole of who you are and what you emanate. For this is the dynamics you bring into your life.
